We've created a list of EVERY career cheat available so far in The Sims 4.
Press (CTRL+SHIFT+C) to open up the cheats menu and enter "testingcheats true" enable cheats.
To Promote Yourself Enter "Careers.promote (Career of choice)"
Each time you use this cheat it will promote you one level. So to max out a career you may need to do this 10 times.
