After we did The Sims 4 Nifty Knitting Pack Review, we're sure it's time to share the CHEATS for Nifty Knitting too.
These CHEATS will ease your hassle and unlock any locked items or bring your Knitting Skill to a higher level.
HOW TO USE CHEATS:
The first thing you need to do is press CTRL+SHIFT+C to open the CHEAT CONSOLE.
Then you need to type testingcheats true to enable cheats in your game.
UNLOCK ALL THE CAS ITEMS
This cheat helps you unlock the CAS items that were included in The Sims 4 Nifty Knitting.
To make this cheat work you need to:
1. Go in CAS (Create-A-Sim)
2. Open the CHEAT CONSOLE
and type cas.unlockbytag SP17
*You're gonna need to repeat this cheat for each age/gender.
CHEAT TO MAX OUT THE KNITTING SKILL
After you open the CHEAT CONSOLE you're gonna need to type: stats.set_skill_level major_knitting 10
CHEAT TO UNLOCK ALL THE CRAFTABLE ITEMS
If you're not in the mood for knitting all day long to unlock all the craftable/knittable items, you can use this cheat and find them in DEBUG menu.
Type bb.showhiddenobjects and all the objects will be available in BUILD/BUY MODE marked as *DEBUG* objects.
NIFTY KNITTING TRAIT CHEAT
This is the trait your Sims gets after completing The Lord/Lady of the Knits Aspiration.
If your Sims start their life (or decided to pursue it when they become a teen) with this ASPIRATION, they will be rewarded with the muser reward trait.
“Sims with this trait gain enhanced benefits to teaching other Sims how to knit. Sims are also immune to the foul magic of the Sweater Curse, and can dispel afflicted Sims from its snarly grasp. Lastly, Sims have the ability to craft unique knitted items, like a very special companion from a strange land, or the Forbidden Sweater which, honestly, is forbidden for a reason…”
To use this CHEAT you're gonna need to type:
traits.equip_trait trait_SacredKnittingKnowledge
This trait is going to make your Sim immune to the sweater curse and provide bigger earnings on Plopsy.
