You can earn the chance to be on the Next Season of The Sims: Spark'd by participating in the Challenged on the Gallery.
From September 2 - September 20 you will be able to work and submit for the "Golden Age" challenge.
You can be a Builder, Storyteller, or Stylist. Each role has its specific rules and requirements that you must follow to submit!
