Assassin’s Creed Valhalla has sold 1 billion $ in revenue

If you had doubts about the game-as-a-service business model, or why the development of a game continues for so long after its launch, things should be clearer with Valhalla.

Not only is Assassin’s Creed Valhalla a successful title for Ubisoft, but it is more unsuccessful in the Assassin’s Creed series altogether, and has now surpassed a whopping $ 1 billion in revenue, Ubisoft boasted to investors.

Released in November 2020, Valhall was followed by several free DLCs and largely paid expansions. Wrath of the Druids and The Siege of Paris are certainly the biggest, practically as stand-alone games, and in March will be followed by Dawn of Ragnarok which will deal with Norwegian mythology, where we will play a new map in the role of the supreme god Odin.
